Hey Reader, Have you ever felt like you’re constantly doing but not really moving forward? Like your days are packed, but at the end of the week, you wonder if any of it actually mattered? I’ve been there. For years, I thought success was about working harder, doing more, and saying yes to every opportunity. But I’ve learned something powerful: success isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most. I want to tell you about the Clarity Method. Here’s a simple yet powerful method to cut through the noise and refocus: 1) Write down the top three things that move you closer to your biggest goals. What actually drives impact in your work, relationships, and personal growth? 2) Now, write down three things you’re doing that drain your energy or don’t align with what you truly want. These could be habits, commitments, or distractions that are pulling you away from what matters. 3) Decide how you can shift your focus. What will you double down on? What can you delegate, eliminate, or say no to? So when I did this exercise myself, here’s what I found: 📌 Saying yes to too many opportunities—even the good ones—was stretching me too thin and taking time away from my core mission. Now, I only commit to things that align with my vision. 📌 Trying to be available to everyone, all the time left me exhausted and reactive. I’ve started blocking deep focus time on my calendar, and it’s made a huge difference. 📌 Feeling guilty about taking breaks was burning me out. Now, I protect my rest just as fiercely as my work—because energy is my most valuable asset. (Can you relate?) I’m inviting you to join me on making a commitment: – Saying no to busyness for the sake of being busy. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next move, you’re not alone. I’m working on something exciting to help you shift from scattered effort to intentional action—and I can’t wait to share it with you soon.
