Atomic Habits is one of those books that I come back to again and again each year to review my own habits and how to improve my daily routines tiny steps at a time.
While they might seem like tiny changes, over time they can compound and form the foundation of who we become.
For example, one thing I’ve always struggled with is to make meditation a habit. I love it, I enjoy it, but I just never have time for it (sounds familiar?).
